The customer account

The customer account is your central page for managing all settings within your access.

If you log in with parental access or adult individual user access, you will have access to all functions within the customer account.

The functions themselves are explained in more detail via the sub-items in the menu.

If a child logs in with his or her personal access data, some functions will not be available. This includes:

• changing the payment method
• the filing of BuT notices
• changing the person

The corresponding menu items are grayed out here and a note about the reduced functions appears in the upper section of the window. The same restrictions also apply to the mobile phone app, which parents and children can also use to log in using their respective access data.
