The customer account

Your customer account is your central page for managing all settings within your access.

If you log in with parental access or the access of an adult individual user, you have access to all functions within the customer account.

The functions themselves are explained in more detail via the sub-items in the menu.

If a child logs in with their personal login details, some functions will not be available to them. This includes:

• changing the payment method
• the deposit of BuT notices
• changing the person

The relevant menu items are grayed out here, and a note about the reduced functionality appears in the upper part of the window. The same restrictions also apply to the mobile app to which parents and children can also log in with their respective access data.

If you wish to change these settings, please log in again with your adult account.
