Automatic reservation

In addition to manual food reservation, automatic reservation is also possible.

The automatic reservation ensures that you do not have to manually select a meal for each day. Using the automatic reservation, a meal is automatically reserved for each day based on your specifications. so that your child always gets something to eat that day (provided there is enough credit to order).

If your customer account does not have sufficient credit by the end of the order period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

This function is not activated for all schools and is therefore not always available.
If the button does not appear, this is not an error! Unfortunately, the function is not available in this case.

To have the system automatically order menus from the weekly plan, Please first enter the period in which the bookings should take place. If you do not enter an end date, automatic reservations will be created until you deactivate them.

Next, select the appropriate menu for each desired day of the week. If no selection is made for a day, the system will not automatically place an order for that day.

Even if the system orders the menus automatically, you can cancel them manually before the cancellation period expires via the weekly plan as usual.

Check the box Delete existing menu reservations on weekdays that are not selected, Any existing orders on non-selected days will be automatically deleted. If the checkbox is not checked, the orders will remain and will not be changed by the system.

Automatic reservations will not be booked during official holiday periods and public holidays. So you do not need to deactivate the automatic reservation for this period.

You can deactivate automatic reservations using the button Deactivate automatic reservation. From that point on, you will have to reserve the meals manually again.

However, you have the option to reactivate the automatic reservation at any time.

All future open reservations in the specified period that have not yet been booked will also be cancelled. Please remember to make a manual reservation on the relevant days.
