Automatic reservation

In addition to manual food reservations, automatic reservations are also possible.

The automatic reservation system ensures that you don’t have to manually select a meal individually for each day. The automatic reservation system will automatically reserve a meal for each day based on your specifications. so that your child always gets something to eat that day (provided the credit is sufficient for ordering).

If your customer account does not have sufficient funds at the end of the order period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

This feature is not enabled for all schools and is therefore not always available.
If the button doesn’t appear for you, this is not an error! The function is unfortunately unavailable in this case.

To automatically order menus from the weekly plan from the system, Please enter the period in which the bookings are to take place first. If you do not enter an end date, automatic reservations will continue to be created until you deactivate them.

Next, select the appropriate menu for each desired day of the week. If no selection is made for a given day, the system will not automatically place an order on that day.

Even though the system orders the meals automatically, you can cancel them manually before the cancellation deadline via the weekly plan as usual.

Check the box next to Delete existing menu reservations on weekdays that are not selected, Any existing orders on unselected days will be automatically deleted. If the checkbox is not selected, the orders will remain and will not be changed by the system.

Automatic reservations are not processed during official holiday periods and public holidays. Therefore, you do not need to deactivate automatic reservation for this period.

You can deactivate automatic reservations using the Deactivate automatic reservation button. From that point on, you will have to reserve meals manually again.

However, you have the option to reactivate automatic reservation at any time.

All future open reservations during the specified period that have not yet been booked will also be cancelled. Therefore, please remember to make a manual reservation on the relevant days.
