You can use this page to independently manage and upload your BuT notices.

“Education and Participation” (BuT) is a German social program that aims to give children and young people from families in need better access to education, culture and leisure activities. It includes services such as school supplies, lunch in schools, subsidies for school trips and class trips, and the assumption of costs for membership in sports clubs or cultural institutions. The aim is to promote social participation and equal opportunities, regardless of the financial situation of the families.

This function is not activated for all schools and is therefore not always available.
If the button does not appear, this is not an error! Unfortunately, the function is not available in this case.

A new BuT entry can be created using the Add button. When attaching the form, please be sure to include the notice number and the validity date from-to.

The scanned document for the respective entry is attached via the Select button.

After you have entered the data, please upload the notice as a PDF or graphic. Only when the document is complete can it be reviewed and subsequently approved. Incomplete notifications cannot be processed and therefore cannot be approved!
