Chips / cards for identification

Chips as key chains are used to easily identify the child when food is distributed. To do this, a new chip for the child must be stored in the system and issued once. Then you just have to present the chip.

Issuing a new chip

If your child has registered on the web portal, he or she will normally be given a chip when the first meal is served.

Some schools also have fixed days or times when chips are issued to newly registered children. Please find out in advance (e.g. at information events at the school) which procedure is used here.

The employee will first search for your child by name and then assign a new chip to the child. The chip is then attached to the child so that he or she can easily identify himself or herself in the future by presenting the chip.

Lock/unlock chips independently

If your child has lost or misplaced the key chain, you can easily and quickly lock it yourself via the canteen portal.

Once the chip is blocked, it can no longer be used to pick up food.

If the chip is found again later, you can also reactivate it yourself via the canteen portal.

To do this, click on the lock symbol on the right side of the window next to the corresponding chip entry.

If the lock is open, the card / chip is free and can be used. If the lock is closed, the card / chip is currently blocked and cannot be used.
