Notifications

Here you can configure whether, when and how you would like to be informed about insufficient account balances.

Please indicate on this page how you would like to be notified (email / SMS). To do this, tick the corresponding box and enter the relevant email address or mobile phone number in the corresponding field.

The balance limit is set using the slider next to “Remaining balance”. If the threshold is not met, a notification will be sent via email or SMS.

If the customer is a minor, the notification will be sent to the parent or guardian.
