Payment methods
On this page you can control whether you want to top up your customer account balance by bank transfer or direct debit.
When transferring money, you must manually transfer the money to the canteen’s bank account.
On the ‘By transfer’ tab you will see the account to which you have to transfer money. as well as the intended purpose.
When specifying the intended use, please ensure that you adhere to the specified notation, so that the transfer can be assigned quickly and automatically. Otherwise, manual reprocessing may delay the credit for several days, which may result in the credit for you it is available late.
With a direct debit, the money is automatically withdrawn from the deposited bank account to the canteen’s bank account.
In order to use the direct debit procedure, money must be withdrawn from the relevant account at least once to the canteen account. This ensures that the bank account is correct and has a direct connection to the child or to you.
To select an account, click on the Change bank details
button and select the appropriate account.
You can select from all accounts from which money has been transferred to you in the last 6 months. This means that you can also select your grandma or grandpa’s account, he should have made a transfer for the child once in the last 6 months.
