Dashboard
The dashboard is the first page that appears after logging in. Here you get a quick overview of the currently relevant information. Depending on the currently logged in user, different information is displayed.

The customer dashboard is divided into two sections. The upper section contains information about the balance, the number of meals reserved and other payment information.
The pending and previous reservations are displayed in the lower area.
The timeline graphically displays the orders for the coming days. Orders that are covered by the existing balance are displayed in green.
Orders listed in yellow are not yet binding and will be cancelled, if the credit balance is not sufficient in time for the relevant date. However, meals can be ordered in advance without obligation in this way, even if the current balance is not sufficient for this.
The credit shown above always refers to the entire contract regardless of how many children share this credit.
The credit is divided in the display as follows:

This credit has not yet been used to order food and can therefore still be used freely. -
Reserved dishes
Food has already been ordered for the future using this money. However, these can still be cancelled up until the cancellation deadline.
Here too, the display above refers to the reservations or last pick-up of all children within the contract.
The view for each child can be seen on the timeline below the child’s name. If the contract only has one child, both details are the same.
Here you can see when a transfer was last received for your contract.
To ensure that transfers are processed as quickly as possible, please always ensure that you enter the correct purpose of the transfer. For further information, please see your customer account under payment method.
If you have activated top-up by direct debit, you can always see here when the system last sent a direct debit to the bank for your contract.
If your contract includes a current BuT notice, you can always see here how long it is still valid.
Only if a currently valid certificate is stored in the system will corresponding discounts be taken into account for your child! Therefore, in your own interest, make sure that you always have a valid certificate on file and take care for a new decision early!
Using the timeline, you can see which meal your child has reserved for each day.

You can use the mouse to move the bar back and forth to see days in the future or past.
Here you can see which meals have been ordered for the following days for the child indicated above. This will also help you quickly see whether an order has already been placed for a particular day or not.
Orders can be added or cancelled early via the weekly plan.
All meals that your currently selected child has picked up in the last few days are listed here.
You also have the option to rate the food with 1-5 stars using the stars next to the food. This gives the caterer direct feedback on the meal. Simply click on the corresponding number of stars for each meal.
