Monthly overview of meals as PDF

This guide will show you how to create a monthly You can create and download an overview of the meals booked as a PDF document. This document can be used as proof for authorities, schools, employers, etc.

1. Click on Finance in the left side menu.
2. Then select the sub-item Bookings.
3. A table will appear containing all of your child’s bookings.

1. Above the table there is a drop-down menu labeled Month for booking overview.
2. Click the drop-down menu to see a list of available months.
3. Select the desired month (e.g. September 2024).

1. Next to the month selection you will find the link View document.
2. Click this link to generate the PDF document.
3. The document is opened as a preview or offered directly as a file for download.
4. Save the PDF to your computer or smartphone.
5. If desired, you can print the document or forward it by email.

• If the PDF does not open automatically, check your browser settings or look for the file in the download folder.
• If a month is not selectable, there are no bookings for this period.
