Order / cancel food

Here we explain in detail how you can place and cancel your food order.

When canceling, please note that meals can only be cancelled free of charge until the cancellation deadline is reached. After that, the food must be paid for even if it has not been picked up. (BuT rules are of course still observed!)

Reserve / cancel a meal.

To reserve a meal, simply click on the corresponding entry in the weekly schedule. If a dish is highlighted green, it is reserved.

By clicking on a reserved dish again, you cancel the selection and the green mark is removed. The dish is no longer reserved.

If you click on another dish within the same day, an existing green mark will change on the newly selected entry. This will reserve the last selected dish. Only a maximum of one meal can be reserved per day.

Automatic reservation of meals

If you don’t want to manually specify a meal for each day, you can also have the system reserve it automatically according to your specifications.

To do this, go to Your customer account/Automatic reservation and enter the desired days. If no menu is selected for a day, no menu will be automatically preselected for that day.

In the weekly plan, an automatically selected menu is displayed via a colored bar.

Change individual dishes manually

Even though dishes are selected automatically via the automation, you can change them individually manually. To do this, simply select the desired menu manually on the corresponding day.

A manual selection always takes precedence over an automatic selection.
