The web portal

The PCA web portal provides a central interface for students, parents, teachers and external parties.

Each PCA client has his or her own personal Internet address, through which users can access their school. The address always has the following structure:

https://<Mandantenname>.clients.pca.de

You can find out what the client name for your school is from the caterer themselves or from your school.

To clearly identify your school or company, it has a unique institution number. You will need this number when registering so that your user can be assigned to the appropriate facility.

Here, too, you will receive your school number via the information letter from the caterer or directly from your school.

For the web application to function properly, it requires a web browser with JavaScript enabled and cookies enabled.

These requirements are supported by all current browsers. In individual cases, however, these functionalities may be blocked by the security settings of the Browser are deactivated. In such a case, these functionalities must be activated at least for the Internet address of the web application.

Cookies are only used for the technically necessary functions of this web portal. They are not used for advertising, tracking or the like, nor are they exchanged with third parties for the purpose of customer analysis.
