Register as a new user
New children and parents are offered the opportunity to register via the registration dialog. Before parents can order food from the school canteen for their children, each family must register.
Several children can be registered within one contract per facility.
There is no need for a completely new registration with all data for each child!
Instead, go to your Change your customer account/person
and add
Add another child to your existing contract.
All children of a contract can also use the existing contract balance together.
After entering all data and completing the registration process, the user will be shown his access data and additionally sent to the specified email address.
At the beginning of the registration, the customer must first enter the canteen’s facility number, which was communicated to him by the operator canteen. This serves to clearly identify the desired facility. This number is usually communicated to parents via an information sheet or at an information evening.
You may also be able to find out your facility number at an information evening organized by the caterer at your school. If you do not know your facility number, ask your school office first. If they are unable to help you, please contact PCA customer service.
When selecting the user type, it is basically a question of whether you are a minor child including you would like to register with your legal guardian, or you would like to register as an adult on your own account. The latter option is suitable for teachers, high school students or external employees, for example.

New registration of a minor child
As described above, this point is always correct if you have not yet registered a child and now want to register them for the first time.
Note: If you only want to register one more child, go to yourChange your customer account/person
instead and add another child to your existing contract! -
Registration of an adult
As described, this option is always used for registrations by adults at their own expense.
In this dialog, the master data is queried as follows.
If the option Parents and child
was selected in the previous dialog, the child’s master data must now be entered first.
If the customer is a minor, the master data will also be shown on the next page. a legal guardian is requested.
If you previously selected the ‘Single user’ option, the master data will now be entered as an adult, who registers himself.
In this case, the query in step 3b is omitted and the process continues directly with step 4.
This dialog only appears if a minor child has been registered previously.
When registering a minor child, it is mandatory to provide the name of the legal guardian. This person is then also the contract holder and central contact person for the customer contract.
After entering the master data, the customer will be sent an email with a PIN to ensure that the email address is correct. The customer must enter this one-time PIN in the corresponding field (see illustration).
After confirming the privacy policy and the terms and conditions, the user is created.
In this dialog you can initially enter intolerances for your child or yourself. Depending on the caterer’s settings, this query can also be skipped. You will then go directly to step 6 after step 4.
The selected allergens will be taken into account in your orders.
You can make changes to your intolerances yourself at any time via your customer account.
To do this, simply go to the Your customer account/Allergens
page after logging in.
Finally, the login details are displayed. For underage customers, login details for the guardian (1) and for the child (2).
If the customer is of legal age, the child’s access data is no longer required. This data will also be sent by email.
The guardian’s access has more rights than that of the child!
For example, only parental access can change the payment method, the change person or change BuT settings.
The same login details can also be used to log in to the mobile app.
